The Wolf In The Grass
For many days, many months, and many years The Wolf lived in the Woods. The Wolf found solace within this home, The towering trees provided shade from the harsh sun. The whistling of the leaves soothed his ears, calming his mind as they play. The ground hugged him as he rolled around filling him with an addictive sense of pleasure. The Wolf thought this was the life he wanted all would be fine forever as he stayed in the woods, But he was only lying to himself, hiding the same way he would when in the trees. Deep within him, past his fur coat, past his trained mind in his home; A longing to see the world,
to create within the world was rooted deep within his heart. Very shortly would this longing be uncovered, very shortly would the wolf find it. However it was not time the wolf was not ready to truly know only to dream.
So time elapsed many years went by as the Wolf stayed within his forest, One faithful day was enough to turn his lovely forest into a scorching dessert depriving him of a quench of thirst. One day he arose in his home, leaving to go and start the day, As he took steps out of his den, The beams of the sun lined his face, gracing him with it’s radiant presence. Blinded by its radiance his eyes closed…SUDDENLY!! A pain ran through his chest, boom, boom, ba-boom, ba-boom, boom. He felt his heart explode in his chest but didn’t know what was the cause. Fear fell on him the same way the sun did. He felt a heat build within his body, Weakness ran all over his body, His legs trembled, The weight of a sun pressed on him sinking him into the ground. The Mental strain was too much casting his conscious into the abyss. Within the infinite darkness he awoke too a tunnel. The tunnel was casting a radiant light, Next to that light stood a bigger wolf, His coat was all white with a hint of gold, This coat was beautiful. The Wolf got a strange feeling from looking at this figure. A Sense of Nostalgia ran over him, He didn’t yet know but this wolf was him. The sound f footsteps broke his focus. In to the light the figure went, The wolf was filled with many emotions…His heart rang out with one word Follow it. So with no hesitation he ran into the light.
